By accessing and using Filmaver, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Filmaver only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content

By posting content on Filmaver, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You retain all ownership rights to your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Payments and Refunds

Event tickets and name claim fees are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled by the organizer.

Organizers are responsible for fulfilling their events. Filmaver acts as a platform and is not responsible for event cancellations or changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All Filmaver branding, logos, and original content are owned by Viavix Media Limited. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Filmaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All content is accurate or reliable
  • Events will occur as scheduled

9. Limitation of Liability

Filmaver and Viavix Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Filmaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
